Indo-Safe Healthcare LLP is hiring Sales Officers for field sales and market development. The role involves promoting company products, building strong relationships with doctors, veterinarians, retailers, stockists, distributors, and institutional buyers, and achieving monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales in the assigned territory.
- Visit doctors, veterinarians, chemists, retailers, stockists, and distributors regularly.

- Generate primary and secondary sales
- Maintain daily field visit reports and sales records
- Identify new business opportunities in the territory
- Support product availability and stock rotation at distributor and retailer level
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Coordinate with the reporting manager for tour plans and monthly targets
- Ensure timely payment follow-up and customer relationship management schemes effectively.
- Generate primary and secondary sales.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and sales records.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Support product availability and stock rotation.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Coordinate with reporting manager regarding tour plans.
- Follow up on payments and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum graduate qualification preferred
- Experience in pharma, veterinary, healthcare, FMCG, or field sales preferred
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory
- Ability to achieve sales targets independently
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and territory management
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Local market knowledge will be an advantage
