Indo Safe Healthcare LLP is hiring Sales Officers for field sales and market development. The role involves promoting company products, building strong relationships with doctors, veterinarians, retailers, stockists, distributors, and institutional buyers while achieving monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales in the assigned territory.
- Visit doctors, veterinarians, chemists, retailers, stockists, and distributors regularly.
- Promote company products and communicate schemes effectively.
- Generate primary and secondary sales.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and sales records.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Support product availability and stock rotation.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Coordinate with reporting manager regarding tour plans.
- Follow up on payments and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- Experience in Pharma, Veterinary, Healthcare, FMCG or Field Sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Basic sales reporting knowledge.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Local market knowledge is an advantage.
