Cb-TZ 4500 is a veterinary antibiotic formulation containing Cefoperazone Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium. Cefoperazone provides broad-spectrum antibacterial action, while Tazobactam inhibits beta-lactamase enzymes produced by resistant bacteria. The combination is indicated for respiratory, urinary, gastrointestinal, skin, soft-tissue, systemic and reproductive-tract bacterial infections. It is supplied with sterile water for injection and can be administered through intramuscular, intravenous or intramammary routes as directed by a registered veterinary practitioner.
