DOXYLYD Tablets contain doxylamine succinate 10 mg and pyridoxine hydrochloride 10 mg. Doxylamine provides antihistaminic and sedative activity, while pyridoxine is a form of vitamin B6. The promotional material presents the combination for the management of morning sickness, nausea, vomiting and pregnancy-associated motion sickness, including hyperemesis gravidarum. The tablets are intended for oral administration. Use only under the direction of a registered medical practitioner, particularly during pregnancy.
