PEN-GR Capsules combine pantoprazole (enteric-coated) 40 mg with levosulpiride (sustained-release) 75 mg. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces gastric acid secretion, while levosulpiride is a selective dopamine D2 receptor antagonist associated with gastrointestinal motility support.
