Xtel-TZ Injection combines ceftiofur, a broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibacterial, with tazobactam, a beta-lactamase inhibitor. The combination is intended for veterinarian-directed management of susceptible bacterial infections where enhanced protection against beta-lactamase-producing organisms may be required. Reconstitute with the supplied sterile water before administration and use only according to the approved product label and veterinary advice.
